This unique Meadow Sage forms striking clumps of rose colored blooms. Flower spikes rise above compact rich green foliage and are covered in smokey toned flowers. Just like other Salvia’s, Sensation Deep Rose is a pollinator magnet, beloved by bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. It has a long flowering season, which can be extended even further by trimming the plant back after its first flush. Sensation Deep Rose is a midsize salvia, growing to about 16 in tall. It combines well with other salvias as well as some ornamental grasses and fall flowering sedums.
